2 Bedroom Townhouse in Qormi, MaltaRef 68

Located in the UCA area, this unconverted townhouse is composed of a two-story plus roof level. Well insulated thanks to its thick facade and double-fronted door. The reception leads you to the living room, giving access to a small area underneath the spiral stone staircase and the hallway.

Farther in, there is a main bathroom, an internal yard and a large dining room. The kitchen is next to a transitional space/reception, providing direct access to another street. A side door leads you to the peaceful garden, surrounded by trees and 2 more rooms.

Ascending to the first floor, you will reach 2 double bedrooms, a smaller bathroom and a washroom leading to the elongated back terrace. From here, you can enjoy the view of your own garden and potentially transform it into an entertaining area. The hall on the 2nd floor paves the way to a 36sqm roof with its own airspace, providing a considerable town view.

With a bit of creativity, this property has the potential to be transformed into a beautiful family home.
