Pedament is a property search platform that aggregates real estate listings from multiple agencies across Malta and Gozo. We provide search, filtering, and contact tools to help users find properties and connect with agents.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Property Listings

Listings displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party real estate agencies. Pedament does not own, manage, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Prices, availability, and property details are provided by the respective agencies and may change without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written consent.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform are the property of Pedament or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that listing information is accurate, complete, or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pedament shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on listing data or agent communications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
