1 Bedroom Maisonette in Hamrun, MaltaRef 28

Set in a central HAMRUN, bordering Sta Venera, this 1 bedroom MAISONETTE is up for sale. While currently stripped to an unconverted state, the property still boasts original good condition timber beams, intact ceilings and traditional Maltese tiles. The unit has 2 rooms, a courtyard and an additional room within the yard.

It boasts its own well. The property is in need of RENOVATION, making it ideal for someone looking to finish it to their own taste. Located close to all amenities this would make for an ideal first property or rental investment.
