Palazzo in Valletta, MaltaRef D55B8230

A typical Valletta palazzo situated in a quiet alley spread out over 5 floors. This corner property is currently being offered in shell form and would make a perfect office, 26 bedroom boutique hotel or serviced apartment block. As you enter the building you are greeted with a traditional palazzo entrance hall boasting high ceilings with stone arches which then leads on to the central courtyard.

On each level one finds large open plan rooms which enjoy plenty of light that can easily be sectioned off to make smaller rooms. On the top floor there is a massive roof which overlies the whole property and also enjoy town and sea views.
