3 Bedroom Apartment in Qala, GozoRef 29

The apartment is a beautiful and spacious second-floor unit with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that leads out to a nice terrace. The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a main bathroom. The complex also has a communal pool available for use by residents.

The apartment is being offered highly finished, meaning that the interior of the apartment is completed to a high standard, with quality materials and finishes. However, it's worth noting that the bathrooms and internal doors are not included in the offer, so the new owner will need to complete these aspects themselves. Overall, this apartment seems like a lovely place to call, with plenty of space, natural light, and access to communal amenities.
