The living area is equipped with Sofas, TV, DVD, and Cable TV connection and with air-conditioned. There is a dining area in the kitchen as well as a separate dining room which leads to the living area.

The kitchen is equipped with self catering utensils, cooker oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. There are a total of 3 bathrooms either with bath or shower.
