4 Bedroom Farmhouse in San Lawrenz, GozoRef 2

Set on the quiet outskirts of the village and surrounded by peaceful ODZ countryside, this charming farmhouse enjoys beautiful open views and a relaxing rural atmosphere. The property is entered through a traditional courtyard that leads into a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The living area opens onto a second yard, where there is a guest toilet and a large workshop and storage room with the potential to be converted into a small garage. An external staircase leads to the upper level, where a good-sized swimming pool and sun deck overlook the surrounding countryside. The first floor also includes three additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom, making this property ideal as a family or holiday retreat.

One of the property’s main highlights is the large adjoining field included in the sale. Although the farmhouse requires some modernization, it presents a rare opportunity to create a beautiful four-bedroom country with a pool, extensive outdoor space, and stunning Gozitan views.
