3 Bedroom House Of Character in Qrendi, MaltaRef 6

A large unconverted house of character set on an approximate 740sqm footprint, tucked away in a central quiet area of this increasingly sought after village. This property is a pre 1967 construction. It is built at ground floor level as well as at first floor level, consisting of a number of rooms built around a central courtyard, including a large mill room.

The mill room leads to a large back garden surrounded by well-built rubble walls. The property has its own airspace, 4 wells, a terrace overlooking the central courtyard and many features such as wooden beams, stone arches, ‘xorok/slabs’, ‘kileb’ and niches. A rare find with huge potential.
