4 Bedroom Townhouse in Zebbug, MaltaRef 10

the test of time and are still standing centuries after they were built. Built so simply and yet so smartly they are so full of character and wonderfully pleasing to the eye. They truly make you wander.

Functional in their structure, they prove practical, built from our local limestone; keeping the building cool in summer and cosy in winter, they are solid, safe and conform brilliantly with our environment. These are buildings built to last. Such is this wonderful family.

Lovingly and passionately restored and respected down to the smallest detail by its present owners; this house has been enjoyed and now regretfully for sale to be enjoyed by yet another family who will call it their. Located in the historic conservation area; the freehold property enjoys spacious and comfortable accommodation throughout. Two entrances one being the main door and the secondary one leading to the garden.

A lovely entrance hallway leads to a large sitting / dining room and an adjacent kitchen overlooks the outdoor area in full view; giving the kitchen area an abundance of light which is also the case throughout this property. The house enjoys 4 double bedrooms, main with a walk in wardrobe and with the 4th bedroom being at ground level and currently used a second sitting area with birth room. A large washroom is located at roof level and can be used as a hobby room, music room or a office.

The basement area is full of hidden charms and lends itself brilliantly to be transformed into a spa with an indoor pool. Underneath part of the garden there is a water reservoir that takes 100, 000 liters with the possibility to be transformed into an outdoor pool. Property enjoys other features such as a well, a war shelter, 7 cctv cameras, airconditioners, cable preparations for solar panels, a very good rating on the EPC, 3 phase electrical power supply and an optional 4 car garage right opposite the property.

This is a truly well built and meticulously converted property which is very hard to find. If you are searching for this type of property then you must call or whatsapp agent to set your appointment today!
