5 Bedroom Farmhouse in Naxxar, MaltaRef 2

An unconverted in good condition with fantastic country views over its own pristine ODZ land of 20 tumoli. The property consists of two connected houses, which could easily also be joined to form a large family house. The current layout consists of five well sized bedrooms, two living areas, two kitchens and two dining rooms plus a large courtyard and an area with space for a large pool.

Apart from numerous traditional features, there is also a horse paddock and two girnas as well as a water reservoir. Once this property is refurbished, it would become a very prestigious residence with unlimited space to enjoy country living but yet very close to all areas of Malta including the sea. Freehold
