5 Bedroom Farmhouse in Siggiewi, MaltaRef CCB2AA00

This property was lovingly converted, retaining all its original features. Upon entering the hallway one finds a study/sitting room to the left and a charming courtyard with its own well in front. Further in one finds a large kitchen that adjoins the dining area.

Both lead to a large living area. There is also another TV room, store room, bathroom, and stairs that lead to the wine cellar. Upstairs one finds three bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite.

On another level, one finds a flatlet that may be either accessed from the main house or through its own entrance. Flatlet has a sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. At roof level one finds another room plus PV panels.

This property has a gated driveway that leads to a large garage, where one finds another kitchen and a laundry. Behind the house, one finds a sprawling mature garden with citrus and olive trees, and a pond full of fully grown koi. The garden leads to a large pool and deck/barbecue area where one finds another two bathrooms.

Further on one finds more fields, some other rooms, and another large pond full of koi fish. If one is looking for a beautiful full of character and with lots of original beautiful features and surrounded by sprawling mature gardens and fields, I highly recommend that you get in for further details and to organise a viewing!
