enjoying unobstructed marina views from its large frontage. The property has been structurally converted having most of its ceilings replaced and a large 10/12 car garage excavated at basement level. The villa, built at the turn of the century retains many of the original features including a grand entrance hall with arched ceiling, arches, five meter high ceilings, sala nobile at first floor level, classic double stair case just to mention a few.

Accommodation after conversion can be in form of a five bedroom house. A real Gem of a property, recommended.
