This cosy Fully-detached bungalow enjoys a quiet position in the exclusive area of Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. It is surrounded with a garden. It offers views of the Santa Maria Valley and Mellieha Bay in the distance.

Its 8 minutes drive to Ghadira Bay. The largest sandy beach on the Island is 8 minutes drive from the bungalow. Whilst the nearby rocky beach is a 20-minute walk, downhill.

NB: Local shops are situated 20 minutes walk uphill, On entrance the villa leads on to the living area and dining room with a kitchen equipped for self catering. The pool deck enjoys lovely garden views with space for dining by the pool. There is also a BBQ for use by the pool.

The three-bed roomed villa sleeps up to six persons. It has a lounge/sitting/dining room with colour cable TV (local stations), radio/cassette player, and fully fitted kitchen - facilities include a microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, one bathroom, one shower room, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Air-conditioning is available in all the bedrooms and living/dining room.
