3 Bedroom Maisonette in Mqabba, MaltaRef 24

This spacious elevated maisonette in Mqabba was originally designed as a three-bedroom property. The owner has opened up the two rear bedrooms by removing the separation, creating one large bedroom, so the property currently comprises two generously sized bedrooms, with the possibility of reverting back to three bedrooms if desired. The main bedroom features an ensuite, while the main bathroom is currently empty, with the tiles already purchased and ready to be installed.

The property also includes a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, a separate laundry room, internal yard and a fantastic private backyard, ideal for entertaining and BBQs. An optional two-car garage, with both cars parked one behind the other, is also available at €102, 000. The garage is equipped with both water and electricity.

This property offers generous living space, excellent outdoor areas, and great flexibility for a family looking for a spacious home in a quiet residential area.
