Retail Space in Bormla (Cospicua), MaltaRef 22

An unconverted ground-floor restaurant that is currently undergoing structural works. This property is being offered in shell form and is structurally sound once done. Also comes with two separate entrances.

As you enter, we find what could potentially become the bar and service area. Further to this, we then find three more rooms in the back. One can be used as a bathroom, and the other two can be used as dining spaces or seating areas.

Further to this, we then have a basement canteen which can then be converted into a kitchen where food can be prepped and cooked. This property is being offered freehold with approved permits to cook and serve food.
